Getting started

Follow these steps after the app is installed from Shopify Admin. Do not paste Ads API keys, feed tokens, or other credentials into support messages.

1. Install OpenAI Ads Feed & Pixel from Shopify Admin.
2. Open Setup guide and sync your Shopify catalog.
3. Review product feed status on Products. Blocking issues must be fixed before an item can be included.
4. Copy the Hosted Feed URL from Home or Setup guide.
5. Add that URL as a hosted feed in OpenAI Ads Manager.
6. Open Pixel & Analytics and connect OpenAI Ads measurement.
7. Enable the Theme App Embed in the Shopify theme editor and save.
8. Verify Pixel and Conversions API status. Shopify diagnostics are not the same as OpenAI delivery.
