Events

The app maps Shopify customer events to these OpenAI Ads measurement events:

Product View

A product page is viewed on the storefront. Requires the Theme App Embed.

A shopper adds an item to the cart. Requires the Theme App Embed.

Checkout begins. The app uses Shopify checkout events and does not store customer contact fields.

An order is created. Conversion payloads use order id, amount, currency, and variant ids. Customer name, email, phone, and address are not collected.
