Ads API key connection

Paste your OpenAI Ads API key on Pixel & Analytics and connect. The app creates the measurement Pixel and Conversions API setup it owns. Do not put the key in theme code or send it to support.

Browser measurement

Storefront events need the Theme App Embed enabled. Shopify Web Pixel diagnostics are local Shopify events. They are not proof that OpenAI received the event.

Conversions API

After the Ads account is connected, purchase and funnel events can be sent server-side according to the current implementation and customer privacy settings.

Conversions

Supported events are Product View, Add to Cart, Checkout Started, and Purchase.
