Product has a blocking issue

Open Products, filter to blocking issues, and fix the required catalog field in Shopify. Then sync and update the feed.

Product only has suggestions

Suggestions do not necessarily make a product ineligible. Eligible items with suggestions can still be included.

Feed URL not working

Confirm you copied the current Hosted Feed URL, the profile is not locked, and a snapshot has been generated. Locked Pro-required profiles return 404. A rotated token needs a new URL in Ads Manager.

Catalog needs syncing

Use Sync now on Products or Setup guide, then update the feed so the hosted CSV matches Shopify.

Pixel needs setup

Open Pixel & Analytics, connect an OpenAI Ads API key, then confirm Pixel and CAPI status.

Theme App Embed disabled

Use Enable app embed, turn the embed on in the theme editor, and save.

Ads account disconnected

Reconnect the Ads API key on Pixel & Analytics. Browser and CAPI delivery need an active connection.

Plan limit reached

Free includes 500 feed items and one operational Feed Profile. Extra eligible items are omitted until you upgrade, or you can keep a smaller catalog in the feed. Create additional profiles on Pro.
