Catalog sync

Sync imports your Shopify products and variants into the app. Catalog sync and feed generation are separate: Shopify changes update the catalog first, then you generate a feed when you want a new CSV.

Generation

Update feed builds an OpenAI-compatible CSV from the current catalog, Feed Profile, and validation results. Free merchants generate manually. Pro can also run automatic schedules.

Hosted feed

Each Feed Profile has a private HTTPS URL. Paste that URL into OpenAI Ads Manager. The token is not your shop domain. Locked or deleted profiles return 404.

Manual update

Use Update feed on Home when the catalog has changed and you want Ads Manager to see a new snapshot.

Schedules

Automatic schedules are a Pro feature. If you downgrade to Free, extra profiles lock and scheduled generation stops. The operational Free profile can still be updated manually.
